I myself was coached for several years to succeed within my company, before being appointed Deputy CEO of the IKEA France Group. Professional coaching in business is like in sport, it is upstream that we plan the game to boost its growth. It is to evolve in the “arena” by being well prepared and supported!

My role as a coach is to create a bubble that allows introspection in which you can learn about yourself, identify your source of engagement, motivational drivers, your fears or even your beliefs in complete confidentiality.
