My journey
so far

My motto with a motivated, competent and “enlightened” team, you can move mountains“. All my successes, I owe them first of all to the great teams who have followed me, and whom I have had the privilege to lead, support and watching them grow.

Detecting potential, hidden talents, supporting take-offs and improving performance of my teams, have been for me the essential part of my fulfillment in my work. It is for this reason that halfway through my professional career, I wanted to make it my main activity.

During my 21 years at IKEA, I was always been driven with passion, and always with my motto as a red thread. I started as a department manager, until holding the position of Deputy CEO of IKEA France for 4 years, and managing stores with more than 500 employees for more than 10 years. I have been given a lot of assignments, and my motto has always been the basis of my successes. This is why today I am totally dedicated to this passion: support leaders to succeed.
